Rashad Ajalov

I'm a Houston-based real estate broker helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. With nearly 10 years of experience and $75M+ in closed sales, I'm known for clear communication, honest advice, and hands-on support from start to finish.

Originally from Azerbaijan, I moved to Houston nearly two decades ago and quickly fell in love with the city's energy and diversity. My background in supply chain and corporate work shaped the way I approach real estate: details matter, strategy matters, and communication matters.

Outside of work, I'm a husband to my wife, Sevil, and a proud father to Emma, Omar, and Lina. I'm passionate about building long-term relationships and helping people find the right place to call home.
